Welcome to Velo. By accessing or using our application, you commit to a journey of digital mindfulness. Velo provides tools designed to help you reclaim your time from unconscious mobile usage. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services.

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Velo app, you agree to be bound by these formal Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease usage of the application and delete it from your device.

Velo implements cognitive friction through educational quizzes to help you manage screen time. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the mindfulness goals of the platform. Any attempt to circumvent the app's restrictions through technical exploitation is prohibited.

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features of Velo are available via subscription. Fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable local law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

The Velo app, including its design, quizzes, source code, and branding, is the exclusive property of Velo and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Velo is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding the app's performance or suitability for specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Velo at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
